ARTWORK GUIDELINES

All artwork must be submitted in VECTOR FORMAT. We accept artworks created in CorelDraw®, Adobe Illustrator® or Macromedia Freehand®.

Raster images are not accepted (JPG, GIF, BMP and TIFF), due to a low quality outcome. Vector elements can be enlarged to any size retaining the crispness at all times.

Regal Sportswear Art department runs on PC platform, however we do accept MAC files, so we request that digital files be sent of your logos and designs. The more you can supply, the faster we can proceed with your order.
All fonts must be converted to outlines. Otherwise if you are using a PC platform you can supply us with your preferred font.
Colours must be selected from the Regal Sportswear colour chart. If a custom colour is needed, then we require a PANTONE number. We also accept fabric swatches for colour matching purposes. There is a surcharge for all custom colours. Although we do our best in matching a colour, there is no guarantee of a 100% match.

Make sure that when you are selecting PANTONE colours from your swatch library, select from the PANTONE solid coated (e.g. PANTONE 128 C)
Please make sure that there is no overprint on your logos.
Make sure that if you are supplying artwork to print on fabric panels, set the bleed to 5mm
We provide free allotted design time with every order but please note that excessive artwork changes, file conversions and logo or artwork modifications will be billed at an hourly rate of $60.

Files can be emailed to teamwear@naturalart.com.au If file is larger then 10MB please send a CD/DVD.
When everything is supplied, we put it together and send you an art approval form. You need to sign this form and fax or mail it back to us, we cannot proceed with your order until we have this form back.

ARTWORK GUIDELINES

In order to find a company logo in vector format, try contacting the AD Agency, or Design Studio in charge of printed company literature. All logos are usually created in a vector format.
Most of the time logos have specific guidelines and PANTONE® colours. If the PANTONE® colours are not part of our standard colours, additional charges apply to colour match a specific PANTONE.
When you are designing a gear, try to picture your garment as it would look whilst you are playing on the field. Sleeves and front panels often offers good exposure for all your logos. Remember that buttoned plaquets or zippers can effect your logo placement. If possible try to leave enough room on either side of the logo, otherwise refer to the exclusion zones covered in the brand guidelines booklet.
Design your garment layout for the smallest size you are ordering. The background artwork should bleed out to the largest size, while all elements should sit within the boundaries of the smallest.
